Quick Answers from Our Apparel Company

1. How long are shipping times?

The time frame for your apparel products order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. 

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.  In the US after processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 21 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.  

2. What's your return policy?

Instead of returning apparel items, you can contact us at K1 Apparel Company for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your t-shirt, tank top or other apparel product to a local charity or recycle it.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out by K1 Apparel Company before we can process the cancelation. So, if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if your t-shirt, hoodie sweatshirt, tank top, ball cap, etc. is the wrong size, wrong color, defective or otherwise not exactly what you wanted, then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact apparel product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.

6. Do you sell unisex apparel?

Yes! In aiming to offer a selection of both men’s and women’s apparel, many of the items K1 Apparel Company sells are unisex. This includes quality unisex T-shirts, tank tops and hoodie sweatshirts.

7. What if I can’t find the size or color I’m looking for?

All of our inventory is kept up to date on the K1 Apparel Company website. If you have a question about a specific item being restocked, let us know!

8. Where do you ship to?

We ship K1 Apparel Company orders across the United States and beyond. Shipping rates are based on location. All apparel orders of $50 or more are eligible for free shipping in the U.S.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards. Payment can also be made through Apple Pay, Diners Club, Elo, Google Pay, JCB, Pay Pal, Shop Pay and Venmo.
